Delete your PantryOK account

You can request deletion of your PantryOK account and associated app data at any time. PantryOK is the app and developer name shown on the Google Play listing.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@pantryok.com from the email address connected to your PantryOK account.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my PantryOK account.
  3. Include whether you want to delete only your personal account or any household data owned by your account.

If account deletion is available inside your installed version of the app, you can also sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account.

Data deleted

When deletion is completed, PantryOK deletes or disconnects account profile data, household membership, invites, custom pantry and buy-list items, item states, saved preferences, notification settings, and other app data tied to the account where technically and legally possible.

Data retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, refund, chargeback, fraud prevention, security, or abuse prevention purposes. This can include payment processor records, minimal transaction records, security logs, and support history. Backup copies and logs may remain for a limited period before normal rotation removes them. Aggregated or anonymized analytics may be kept because they no longer identify a specific user.

Processing time

We verify deletion requests using the account email address and aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
